Are there different user roles?

Yes, there are 2 different roles.

  • Master user - This user has full rights
  • Regular user - This user cannot elect a new master user

How can I change the master user of an account?

First a regular user has to be created for the new master user. After activating the regular user it can be promoted as new master user. The following pages contain details on how this is done:

Will Leaseweb introduce new user roles?

In the future we are planning to have multiple roles and rights available.

How can I disable 2-step verification?

Can I have multiple accounts connected to 1 user?

Can I unlink the accounts that are currently connected to 1 user?

This is possible by setting a new master user for 1 account.
