Received an abuse notification?
Please act quickly if you receive a notification to ensure you respond before the stated deadline.
If you have any questions or disagree with the notice, you can easily reach us through the Communication tab in your interface.
Submitting your message through this tab automatically alerts our Compliance team, and a representative will contact you shortly to assist.
Contacting the Compliance Department
Abuse Handler
Please use the Abuse Handler tool via your Customer Portal for all Abuse notices and communication that are forwarded by our tool.
Sometimes the Compliance department will forward you tickets via email, which will not end up in your Customer Portal, these emails will be sent to the Security contact of the account.
Warning
When you receive a ticket number, always reply through the requested channel mentioned in the ticket.
Reaching the Compliance department for questions
You can email our Compliance department if you do not have an active ticket. Please send your questions or feedback regarding abuse handling to abusedesk@global.leaseweb.com. We strive to answer all incoming emails as fast as possible, always within 48 hours.

Only the Compliance department can solve abuse-related issues like blocked or blacklisted IP addresses. Other departments cannot help with these problems.
