On this page we provide a general overview of the Customer Portal functionality for Elastic Compute.
Overview page
The Overview page is where you can see all the Elastic Compute contracts that are in your account for the entity you are in.
- Login to the Customer Portal and click on Elastic Compute, under Cloud Compute.
Details page
The Details page is where you can find more details and managed your Elastic Compute. Below we explain each tab in more detail.
Perform the following steps to open the Details page for your Elastic Compute.
- Login to the Customer Portal and click on Elastic Compute, under Cloud Compute.
- Select the Elastic Compute contract and click Manage Elastic Compute.
Management tab
Here you will find all technical and contract details and actions to upgrade and change your Elastic Compute.
- Upgrade Elastic Compute resource pool (not available for On Demand)
- Enable Bursting (read more about bursting here)
Access tab
Here you will find all access related actions.
- Whitelisting an IP address on the CloudStack panel
Network tab
Here you will find all networking related actions:
- View IP ranges assigned to your Elastic Compute
- Set reverse DNS (PTR record) for an IP address
- Manage DDoS profile for an IP address
- Null route an IP address
Usage Statistics tab
Here you will find usage statistics:
- Usage graphs for CPU, Memory, Storage and Data traffic
- Manage notification upon reached limit
Billing tab
Here you will find billing information for On Demand Elastic Compute:
- A forecast of the cost for the current used resources
