From the Contact Management page, you can manage your contact details (contact information, addresses) and settings

Viewing contact information

Perform the following steps to view your contact details:

  1. Log in to your customer portal account and click "Contact Management" under the left panel or from the drop-down menu.


  2. The primary contact, settings and addresses are displayed.


Changing primary contact information

Perform the following steps to change the primary contact information:

  1. Click "Contact Information", and under "Primary Contact", click the "Change" button.
     
     
  2. The "Update Contact Details" pop-up window displays.

    You can make the following edits:
     

    Field Type
    Title select an option fgrom the drop-down list: Mr., Mrs
    First Name Edit the first name of the contact person.
    Initials

    Edit the initials of the contact person.

    Last Name Edit the last name of the contact person.
    Company Name This field cannot be changed. To update this, please contact administration@leaseweb.com.
    Tax number This field cannot be changed. To update this, please contact administration@leaseweb.com. 
    Phone
    1. Select the country code from the drop-down menu
    2. Edit the phone number
    Mobile
    1. Select the country code from the drop-down menu
    2. Edit the phone number
    Fax
    1. Select the country code from the drop-down menu
    2. Edit the fax number
    Messenger
    1. Select one of the options from the drop-down list: ICQ, MSN, SKYPE
    2. Edit the messenger details
    Primary email Edit the primary contact email of the contact person
    Secondary email Edit the secondary contact email of the contact person. This will be used if the primary email is not available.
  3. Click the "Confirm" button.


Changing the recipient of pro forma invoices

Perform the following steps to change the person who will receive the pro forma:

  1. Click "Contact Information", and under "Settings", you can view the name of the recipient of the pro forma.


  2. Select a name from the drop-down list and click the "Update" button. 


Changing the contact address (visiting, postal, billing)

There are three address types that you can change:

  • Visiting Address
  • Postal Address
  • Billing Address 

Perform the following steps to change the address:

  1. Click "Contact Information", and under one of the three address tabs, click the "Change" button.
     

  2. The "Update Address Information" pop-up window display.
     
    You can make the following edits:

    Field Type
    Address Edit the street and house number
    Postal Code Edit the postal code (e.g.1012HN)
    City

    Edit the name of the city

    State Edit the name of the state
    Country

    Select a county form the drop-down list

  3. Click the "Confirm" button.

     

Managing Contacts

Perform the following steps to manage all contact details (these include all the contacts that are added to this account):

  1. Log in to your customer portal account and click "Contact Management" under the left panel or from the drop-down menu.
     

  2. Click the "Manage Contacts" tab. 
     
     
  3. Click the "Manage" link for the contact that you want to edit.
     
     
  4. Click the "Edit" button.
     
     
  5. The "Update Contact Details" page displays:
     

    You can make the following edits: 

     

    Field Type

  6. Click the "Confirm" button.
