My Products

On the My Products page, you will see an overview of all the active services you have with Leaseweb. The page is also the place to cancel or uncancel your services. Only users that have a Finance role on the Customer Portal can access this page.

Viewing your Services

Perform the following steps to view all your services in the Leaseweb Customer Portal:

  1. Navigate to the My Products page.
    From the main Dashboard, either click All Products and then My Products in the Menu, or directly click My Products in the list of Shortcuts.


  2. An overview of all available services is displayed.

Cancelling Services

Perform the following steps to cancel any of your services from the My Products page.

  1. Navigate to the My Products page as described above.
  2. Choose the Cancel action for one of your products.
    On the My Products page, find the product you want to cancel and click the Cancel action at the end of the row.


  3. Provide a reason for cancellation.
    From the available options, choose one of the reasons for you to cancel this service. This can help us improve our offerings.

  4. (Optionally) Provide a description.
    If you choose Other, please specify:, please add more information within the text field on the cancellation reason. Your feedback will be appreciated.


  5. Click Submit to finalize this cancellation.
    A message that will acknowledge the cancellation will be displayed. 

Undo a cancellation of your Services

On the My Products page, you can revert a cancellation within 24 hours of the contract end date. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the My Products page, as described above.
  2. Choose the Cancel action for one of your products.


  3. An overview of all available services is displayed. Select the service type that you wish to undo the cancellation for and the click the Undo cancellation link.
  4. A message that will acknowledge the service renewal will be displayed.
