Setting your Customer Portal login for the first time

Before you are able to enter your Customer Portal, you need to setup your login. This first-time setup is needed for all new Customer Portal users that do not have a profile yet. 

First time logging into your Leaseweb Customer Portal

  1. Open the link provided in your email,
    A verification link will be sent to the email address you are registered with in the Customer Portal. Click the CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT button to navigate to the registration page.


  2. Fill out your details,
    Enter values in all the fields and click the Set credentials button. Note this requires a strong password.

     
  3. Your registration is finished
    A registration confirmation message displays with a link to Log in to the Customer Portal.


  4. You can now log in to your Customer Portal using the email address and the password you have set.
