Resetting the password of your Customer Portal user account
If you have forgotten your old password, you can easily do so by clicking the I forgot my password link.
Perform the following steps to reset your password:
- In the login screen, click the I forgot my password link.
- Enter the Email address associated with your customer account, and click the Reset Password button.
- The password reset confirmation text displays.
- Open your email and click the link to reset your password.
Enter the new password and click the Reset button.
Please ensure that the password you enter contains at least:
- 16 characters
- 1 lower case character
- 1 upper case character
- 1 numeric digit
- 1 character that isn't a letter or digit
- You can now log in using your new password.
