Resetting Customer Portal password


Resetting the password of your Customer Portal user account

If you have forgotten your old password, you can easily do so by clicking the I forgot my password link.

Perform the following steps to reset your password:

  1. In the login screen, click the I forgot my password link.

  2. Enter the Email address associated with your customer account, and click the Reset Password button.

  3. The password reset confirmation text displays.

  4. Open your email and click the link to reset your password.

  5. Enter the new password and click the Reset button.

  6. You can now log in using your new password.
