If you have forgotten your old password, you can easily reset your password from the Customer Portal.
Resetting the password of your Customer Portal user account
Perform the following steps to reset your password:
- Navigate to the log in page.
In the login screen, click the I forgot my password link.
- Reset your password.
Enter the Email address associated with your customer account, and click the Reset password button.
- The password reset confirmation text displays.
- Open your email.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Enter the new password.
In the password fields, enter and confirm the new password, and click the Reset button. Note the password needs to be strong and must be different from previous passwords.
- You can now log in using your new password.
The password change will be confirmed by email and on the following screen.
