Viewing contact information
Perform the following steps to view your contact details:
- Log in to your customer portal account and click Contact Management under the Shortcuts left panel or from the Administration drop-down menu.
- The contacts are displayed.
Changing primary contact information
Perform the following steps to change the primary contact information:
- Click the Edit button.
The Update Contact Details pop-up window displays.
You can make the following edits:Field Type Company Name This field cannot be changed. To update this, please contact administration@leaseweb.com. Tax number This field cannot be changed. To update this, please contact administration@leaseweb.com. Primary email This field cannot be changed. To update this, please contact administration@leaseweb.com. Street Edit the street of the contact person.
House number Edit the house number of the contact person.
Postal code Edit the postal code of the contact person.
City Edit the city of the contact person. Country This field cannot be changed. To update this, please contact administration@leaseweb.com. Click the Confirm button.
Managing Contacts
Perform the following steps to manage all contact details (these include all the contacts that are added to this account):
- Log in to your customer portal account and click Contact Management under the Shortcuts left panel or from the Administration drop-down menu.
- Click any of the Edit button for any of the contacts.
The Update Contact Details page displays.
It is not possible to change the First Name and Last Name of a contact, but it is possible to delete a contact and create a new one with another name.
You can make the following edits:
Field Type Role select an option from the list: General, Technical, Billing, Security Title select an option from the drop-down list: Mr., Ms., Mrs First Name Edit the first name of the contact person. Last Name Edit the last name of the contact person. Phone - Select the country code from the drop-down menu
- Edit the phone number
Mobile - Select the country code from the drop-down menu
- Edit the phone number
Primary email Edit the primary contact email of the contact person Click the Confirm button.
