A Master user is the main user of a customer account. This user cannot be removed by other users. There can be only one Master user per customer account. If you promote another user to Master user, you will automatically become a regular user with all Roles enabled. Perform the following steps to promote a user to Master user:
- Click the actions icon
for the user that you want to be the master user for your customer account.
- Click on Promote.
- You will be asked to confirm the promotion of the user. Click on Promote to confirm.
Warning
As soon as you promote a user to master you will be logged out of your session and you will need to log in again. You will not be able to promote any other new user to master user.
Un utilisateur maître est l’utilisateur principal d’un compte client. Cet utilisateur ne peut pas être supprimé par d’autres utilisateurs. Il ne peut y avoir qu’un seul utilisateur principal par compte client. Si vous promouvez un autre utilisateur en tant qu’utilisateur principal, vous deviendrez automatiquement un utilisateur normal avec tous les rôles activés.
Procédez comme suit pour promouvoir un utilisateur au rang d’utilisateur principal :
- Cliquez sur l’icône d’actions de l’utilisateur que vous souhaitez voir devenir l’utilisateur principal de votre compte client.

- Cliquez sur Promouvoir
- Il vous sera demandé de confirmer la promotion de l’utilisateur. Cliquez sur Promouvoir pour confirmer.
Warning
Dès que vous aurez promu un utilisateur au rang d’utilisateur principal, vous serez déconnecté de votre session et vous devrez vous connecter à nouveau. Vous ne pourrez plus promouvoir d’autres nouveaux utilisateurs en tant qu’utilisateurs principaux.
