They can be delivered in Shared or Dedicated racks.
Leaseweb will do the initial configuration and provide root access to the customer. After the delivery, the management of the dedicated network equipment remains with you.

Dedicated Switches are networking devices that connect servers/computers or other devices on a computer network by using packet switching to receive, process, and forward data to the destination device. Dedicated firewalls are network security systems that monitor and control incoming and outgoing network traffic based on predetermined security rules. Firewalls typically establish a barrier between a trusted internal network and untrusted external network, such as the Internet.
Firewalls are generally designed to protect network traffic and connections, and therefore do not attempt to authenticate individual users when determining who can access a particular computer or network.
