Before you are able to enter your Customer Portal, you need to setup your login. This first-time setup is needed for all new Customer Portal users that do not have a profile yet.
Open the link provided in your email,
A verification link will be sent to the email address you are registered with in the Customer Portal. Click the CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT button to navigate to the registration page.
- Fill out your details,
Enter values in all the fields and click the Set credentials button. Note this requires a strong password.
- Your registration is finished
A registration confirmation message displays with a link to Log in to the Customer Portal.
- You can now log in to your Customer Portal using the email address and the password you have set.
