Sub-customer

Viewing a sub-customer

Perform the following steps while logged into the CDN Control Panel to view a sub-customer:

  1. In the menu bar, select "Reseller".
    The Sub-customers page displays.

  2. Click the "View" button for the sub-customer for which you want to view the details.
    The Sub-customer details page displays.

Adding a sub-customer

Perform the following steps while logged into the CDN Control Panel to add a sub-customer:

  1. On the Sub-customers page click the "Add" button.
     



  2. The Add section of the sub-customer page displays.



    You need to enter values for the following settings:

    Field NameDescription
    ActiveThe status of the sub-customer can be "Active" or "Suspended".
    FTP quotaLimits the maximum FTP quota. Quota is set in bytes.
    AclSets the sub-customers API permissions
  3. Click the "Save" button.

Editing a sub-customer

Perform the following steps while logged into the CDN Control Panel to edit a sub-customer:

  1. On the Sub-customers page click the "Edit" button for the sub-customer for which you want to edit the details.

  2. The Edit page for the sub-customer displays.



  3. Update the information and click the "Save" button.

Impersonating a sub-customer

Perform the following steps while logged into the CDN Control Panel to impersonate a sub-customer:

  1. On the Sub-customers page click the "impersonate" button for the sub-customer for which you want to impersonate.



    You are now impersonating a sub-customer. 

Suspending a sub-customer

Perform the following steps while logged into the CDN Control Panel to suspend a sub-customer:

  1. On the Sub-customers page click the "Edit" button for the sub-customer for which you want to suspend.
    The Edit page for the sub-customer displays.

  2. Click the "Suspend" radio button to suspend the sub-customer.

     

Dashboard users

Adding a dashboard user

Perform the following steps while logged into the CDN Control Panel to add a dashboard user:

  1. On the Sub-customers page click the "Add" button.
    The Add section of the Dashboard user page displays.



    You need to enter values for the following settings:

    Field NameDescription
    Customer numberSelect the sub-customer number you wish to use for the dashboard user.
    DescriptionCustom description for internal use.

Viewing a dashboard user

Perform the following steps while logged into the CDN Control Panel to view a dashboard user:

  1. On the Dashboard users page click the "View" button for the dashboard user for which you want to view the details.
    The dashboard user details page displays.

Editing a dashboard user

Perform the following steps while logged into the CDN Control Panel to edit a dashboard user:

  1. On the Dashboard users page click the "Edit" button for the dashboard user for which you want to edit the details.
    The Edit page for the dashboard user displays.



  2. Update the information and click the "Save" button.

Deleting a dashboard user

Perform the following steps while logged into the CDN Control Panel to delete a dashboard user:

  1. On the Dashboard users page click the "Delete" button for the dashboard user you want to delete.
    A confirmation box displays.

     

  2. Click the "OK" button to confirm deleting the dashboard user.
