Logging in to your LeaseWeb Customer Portal

Perform the following steps to log in to your customer portal:

  1. Open https://secure.leaseweb.com/auth/customer/login on your browser.
    The login screen displays.


  2. Enter the registered user email address and password, and click the "Login" button.

    To see how you can register a user email address and password under the new secure system, please see: Managing Accounts  

    If you have already linked other accounts (Customer IDs) to this user email address, after clicking the "Login" button, all the linked accounts will display. You can choose which account you want to access by clicking it.

  3. The Customer Portal dashboard displays.

Logging in to your LeaseWeb Customer Portal with 2 step verification

Perform the following steps to log in to your customer portal:

  1. Open https://secure.leaseweb.com/auth/customer/login on your browser.
    The login screen displays.


  2. Enter the registered user email address and password, and click the "Login" button.

  3. After you login a 6 digit code will be requested. Enter the code received via SMS or APP and click the "Verify" button.

     

  4. If you have already linked other accounts (Customer IDs) to this user email address, after clicking the "Login" button, all the linked accounts will display. You can choose which account you want to access by clicking it.

  5. The Customer Portal dashboard displays.

First time logging in to your LeaseWeb Customer Portal

  1. A verification link will be sent to the email address you entered during the order process. Click the "Confirm" link.


  2. Enter values in all the fields and click the "Set Credentials" button. This password has to be different from the step 3 password.
     

  3. A registration confirmation message displays.


  4. Log in to your Customer Portal using the email address and new password you have set.
